National Folk Festival 2026
Stallholders Application Form

First round applications close Sunday September 28, at midnight.The National Folk Festival is an annual gathering of musicians, dancers, poets and more who come together to celebrate, create and connect in a safe and joyful space. We are seeking stallholders that can help us create a vibrant and engaging Festival atmosphere with unique, boutique and quality offerings that reflect our diverse folk community. We encourage stallholders to share stories through the food and drink they make, the goods they craft, and the environment they create. 

The National Folk Festival offers a safe and welcoming space for all people. We encourage applications from our First Nations Peoples, our LGBTQI+ community, people from non-English speaking backgrounds, and people living with disabilities. 

All applicant's will be advised if they are successfully shortlisted by October 31, 2025.

Do you require a "Back of House" area for stock storage or cooking?

Note: Back of House (BOH) space can only be used for stock storage (cold or dry) or cooking.
This it is an outdoor space unless you bring your own BOH marquee, in which case you will need to hire weights from us (see below).
If you are intending to hire a Marquee from us that also covers your BOH area, calculate accordingly in the next question: Stall Structure.
Do not include your any cool rooms in this BOH measurement (please see next question for cool rooms).

Stallholder Car Pass

Stallholder Car passes allow vehicle entry in the Entertainment Zone during Bump in and Bump out and the Stallholder carpark area.
Extra passes cost $20 each.

Do you require any additional Stallholder Car passes? One Stallholder Car pass is included in the site fee.
Would you like to camp on site?
Reserved sites in the Stallholder Camp Zone are 6m x 8m. Discuss with staff prior if you need a larger site
Please note there is no option to camp or park your car at or near your stall in the entertainment zone.
The Stallholder Camp zone is between the Fitzroy building and McDonalds.

Stall names will be printed in the list of Stalls in the souvenir program provided all fees are paid by the due dates.
