Calling all vendors!

First round applications close Sunday 27 October at midnight.Welcome to the National Folk Festival 2025 vendor applications! The National Folk Festival is an annual gathering of musicians and performers coming together to share their skills in an inspiring and creative space. We need vendors that can help us create a vibrant and engaging festival with a unique range of offerings to help us reflect the culturally diverse meaning of folk. We encourage vendors to share stories through the food they make, the goods they craft and the shopping experiences individuals can never forget. 

The National Folk Festival offers a safe and welcoming space for all people to participate, we encourage our First Nations Peoples, our LGBTQI+ community, people from non-English speaking background and people living with disability to apply. 
All applicants will be advised if they are successfully shortlisted by November 29, 2024.

10. Staff Passes

11. Camping
Please note there is no option to camp or park your car outside your stall footprint in the entertainment zone.

Tables can be hired through the National Folk Festival at the cost of $25 each.
