National Folk Festival 2027Stallholder Application Form
First round applications close on Sunday September 13, at midnight.We will review the first-round applicants and make first round offers before reviewing applications submitted after September 13. The National Folk Festival is an annual gathering of musicians, dancers, poets and more who come together to celebrate, create and connect in a safe and joyful space. We are seeking stallholders that can help us create a vibrant and engaging Festival atmosphere with unique, boutique and quality offerings that reflect our diverse folk community. We encourage stallholders to share stories through the food and drink they make, the goods they craft, and the environment they create.
The National Folk Festival offers a safe and welcoming space for all people. We encourage applications from our First Nations Peoples, our LGBTQI+ community, people from non-English speaking backgrounds, and people living with disabilities. All applicant's that applied by September 13 will be advised if they are successfully shortlisted by October 16, 2026.
